Artist's Description

This beautiful American Robin (Turdus migratorius) was in my front yard, on the coldest day of winter; about 10 degrees below zero with lots of snow. There were several robins, all feeding on the remaining berries left on this Bradford Pear tree. I'm not certain if they were stragglers from the migration south, or if they were early in their migration flight from the south, headed north. About Sharon McConnell

Sharon McConnell

Sharon McConnell; From central Ohio, USA, I am a fine art and nature photographer, capturing moments in time and beautiful places, merging them together into the imagery of my art. My father taught me to appreciate the details; the colors, textures, and intricate wonders in nature when you slow down and look closely. I strive to capture that beauty in my photo art. Perhaps it stirs a memory of a loved one, or a special day, or maybe it just makes you feel happy! Life is fragile, and nature reminds us to enjoy each...
