Artist's Description
I photographed this beautiful Cheetah as it was running full speed, and was fortunate to get this image. I added digital textures to achieve the artistic enhancement of the finished work.
The cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus) is the fastest land mammal, reaching speeds of 112 km/h (70 mph) in short bursts, but the average speed of cheetahs is about 64 km/h (40 mph). About Sharon McConnell
Sharon McConnell; From central Ohio, USA, I am a fine art and nature photographer, capturing moments in time and beautiful places, merging them together into the imagery of my art. Perhaps it stirs a memory of a loved one, or a special day, or maybe it just makes you feel happy! Life is fragile, and nature reminds us to enjoy each...
